- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 1 small box lemon pudding mix
- 4 large eggs
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup Mountain Dew
- Glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons Mountain Dew
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, and Mountain Dew. Beat on medium speed until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn it out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
- Mix the powdered sugar and Mountain Dew to make the glaze. Drizzle over the cooled cake.
