Mountain Dew Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 1 small box lemon pudding mix
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Mountain Dew
  • Glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons Mountain Dew

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, and Mountain Dew. Beat on medium speed until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn it out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
  5. Mix the powdered sugar and Mountain Dew to make the glaze. Drizzle over the cooled cake.
  6. Slice and serve this sweet, citrusy delight!
